Email address — when you join the waitlist or contact us.
Postcode / postal code — optionally provided, used solely to map coverage demand.
IP address and browser metadata — collected automatically by our infrastructure for security and analytics.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis)

Email / postcode: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — you provide this voluntarily to receive launch notifications.
Technical logs: Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — to maintain security and service reliability.

4. How we use it

We use your email to notify you when Myndsurf Air launches in your area and to share relevant product updates. We will not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data storage

Data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore (EU data centres). Firebase's privacy policy applies: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
